BRIEF
Mission
Return Bear offers simple returns management, immediate exchanges, and refunds with easy drop-offs. No re-packing or label printing is needed. We aimed to showcase the benefits of using Return Bear and generate brand awareness by combining the current brand with one more versatile for marketing.
Visual Direction
Return Bear already had an impressive brand, but they wanted to pivot towards a more flexible and impactful strategy that would resonate with their intended audience.

To achieve this goal, we examined their existing materials and devised a visual direction that would complement their established aesthetic while also allowing for greater customization and versatility going forward.
STORYBOARDS
Sketching out the story
Our approach was to streamline the narrative and follow the journey of a package as it progressed through each phase of the returns process.
To inject some playfulness into the design, we incorporated suggested elements from the Return Bear logo, such as the bear claws, which gave the visuals a distinctive touch of personality.
STYLEFRAMES
Look and feel.
Guided by the brand guidelines, we developed two distinctive styles and presented them to our friends at Return Bear. After careful consideration, they ultimately decided that Option B was the better choice, as it aligned more closely with their future marketing strategies and overall objectives.
Friendly, Soft, Personable
We simplified the graphic style and drew inspiration from the purple colour palette, the blob shapes, and the friendly contours of the Return Bear logo. By utilizing these key design elements, we were able to create a cohesive and approachable visual language that reinforced the brand's identity and appeal.
